The Band

The Worship Republic was formed at the end of 2010 while on tour with our dear friend Brenton Brown, author of the songs "Everlasting God", "Lord Reign in Me" and many other amazing congregational worship songs.

The band is led by Daniel Ornellas and is a collective of like-hearted musicians out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Daniel Ornellas grew up in South Africa and moved to the U.S with the band Tree 63.  The band enjoyed many achievements including a dove award for album of the year as well as song of the decade on Christian radio with the song 'Blessed Be Your Name'. The band performed at many noteworthy events including Billy Graham's last crusade in New York City and YC Canada. Daniel has toured with, recorded and written songs with Brenton Brown. Daniel also performed with Paul Baloche, Tim Hughes, Branden Heath, One Sonic society, Tenth Avenue North amongst others. He lives in Franklin Tennessee where he produces records and is the dean of students for the Christian musician Industry Academy and runs the office for Worship Artistry.

Collectively, The Worship Republic have taught at many worship conferences including Christian Musician Summit, Break-forth, Worship Leader magazines conference, Calvary Chapel Worship Conference and many more.

The collective aspect of the band means that the players are hand picked for each event as required from a group of like hearted worshippers that understand the core values and the mission of the ministries that we are called upon to serve.
